Advantages:

Понравился вид , жили на 6 этаже , завтраки и вечерние посиделки на балконе с чайками на крыше ) Убирались раз в 3 дня , постель не меняли (жили 5 дней всего). Посуды минимум ,есть мультиварка.

Disadvantages:

Ремонт косметический Аля 90, ужасный старый диван с пружинами и скрипучий , кровати чуть по лучше. Если обновить мебель и обновить ремонт в сан. Узле - то на 4 из 5.
