Дом и территория в персональном пользовании гостей.
Видовая крыша, видовая беседка, бассейн, мангальная зона, паркинг, балконы, террасы и много открытых площадок для отдыха.
Большой бассейн, где можно поплавать и отдохнуть в бассейне в виде круга, либо для деток (бассейн на два дома, второй дом всего на два человека на соседнем участке).
В доме 4 комнаты, 3 из них спальни, в каждой спальне двуспальная кровать на двоих и доп. место (раскладное кресло), телевизор, кондиционер, сан/узел и отдельный вход/выход, комнаты не пересекаются друг с другом.
