На втором этаже расположены два апартамента с общей барбекю зоной (мангал, казан) и большой террасой с большой крытой тёплой беседкой.
3 апартамента на 2х этажах + 2 барбекю зоны.
На 6-7 человек 2 верхних апартамента + барбекю зона. Первый апартамент в непосредственной близости к барбекю зоне, представляет из себя комнату-гостиную с большим столом на 10-12 человек и выходом на видовой балкон, имеет также кухню-гостиную со столом который можно накрыть.
Второй апартамент: отдельная 2 комнатная квартира, со спальной комнатой (двухспальная кровать, выход на видовой балкон, тв) и кухней гостиной (плита, диван, холодильник, чайник, телевизор).
Первый этаж это отдельная зона, там 2х комнатные апартаменты со спальной комнатой и кухней гостиной (диван, обеденная зона, телевизор, холодильник, плита), так же есть своя мангальная зона и терраса. Предлагаем для аренды большой компании на 10 -12 человек.
