Advantages:

Спасибо всем участникам моего проживания. Не могу ничего сказать по данному конкретному адресу, т.к. меня переселили в другое жилье. Прекрасная небольшая комната, с своей кухней, ванной комнатой. Современный ремонт, все необходимое имееется, чисто, аккуратно. Море в пяти минутах ходьбы, магазины, парк - прекрасно. Благодарю!

Disadvantages:

Странным оказалось условие - выезд до 10 часов. Горячая вода, я так понимаю или бойлер или что-то другое, но очень долго надо было ждать, чтобы пошла горячая вода из крана.
