Advantages:

Владелец отличный! Все объяснил; куда ехать, где припарковаться и встретил. Вид из окна на горы красивый (хоть находится в жилой застройке). Все соответствует описанию.

Disadvantages:

Один минус, матрас на кровати. Пружины очень сильно чувствуются.
