Advantages:

Очень удачное расположение, вблизи от набережной, но при этом на тихой улочке. Свой уютный двор. Хозяин вселил раньше на пару часов за что спасибо. Предложил более комфортабельный номер за небольшую доплату. В целом понравилось.

Disadvantages:

Есть проблемы с парковкой, но решаемо при желании
