Advantages:

Нет кучи туристов, тихое мирное место. Можно жарить мясо на мангале. Бонус - рядом расположен магазин с очень вкусными печеньями: )

Disadvantages:

Не было воды днём, для людей, которые приехали тренироваться на велосипеде это оказалось критично:). А ещё очень пахнет котами, но оно и понятно, город котиков, а это ещё и гаражи. Возможно из-за отсутствия воды в туалете очень пахло. Соседу напротив постоянно мешала машина, бурчал.

Да, действительно в 21 году у нас в регионе возникла острая нехватка пресной воды, но к сезону мы уже тогда решили эту проблему - поставили индивидуальную цистерну и обеспечили бесперебойное водоснабжение наших постояльцев, подключив ее в общую водопроводную систему.
