Квартира из 2х этажей, верхний мансарда- потолок пониже, лучше детям - кондиционер, тв. На 1й эт кв-ры тоже тв и сплит-система, и всё необходимое для комфортного проживания. Балкона нет, 3 окна. Прекрасный вид на все горы алушты. Ближайшие пляжи на восточной набережной, в 5 мин пешком. Центральная набережная через приморский парк мин 10-15.
