Advantages:

Хозяйка очень доброжелательная. Чистые, уютные апартаменты. Прекрасное расположение рядом с домом-музеем Сергеева-Ценского. Тихо. До моря 10 минут пешком, но возможно не всем подойдет: подъем над уровнем моря 174 м, 324 ступени. Рядом остановка общественного транспорта, до моря и центра города можно добраться на автобусе. Из минусов : нет балкона.
