Advantages:

Расположение очень удобное. Рядом мини рынок и вокзал. До моря совсем не далеко. От остановки легко доехать на 2 троллейбусе до Профессорского Уголка. Доброжелательный хозяин. Много зелени, есть площадка для активных детей.

Disadvantages:

Шумноватые соседи-отдыхающие, но это зависит лишь от нас и нашего воспитания...
