Advantages:

Все соответствует заявленным параметрам, хозяева приветливые люди.

Disadvantages:

Работал один лифт вместо двух. Был момент, когда несколько часов оба лифта не работали, пришлось два раза подниматься на 11 этаж по лестнице.
