Оборудована полноценной кухней с газовой плитой, микроволновкой, комплектом посуды, горячей водой, кондиционером, телевизором, холодильником, стиральной машиной, интернетом. Три спальных места. Очень тихий район, свежий воздух, а за забором оборудованная детская площадка. До моря 15 минут ходьбы по ровной теневой дороге на восточную или центральную набережную Алушты (там есть платный пляж со всеми евроудобствами и рядом городской бесплатный). Рядом, в 7-ми минутах ходьбы, Приморский парк с множеством аттракционов для детей и взрослых и дельфинарием, минимальный срок сдачи 3 суток.
