Advantages:

Очень приятный отзывчивый хозяин. Сразу заселились, номер нам дали отличный, с холодильником телевизором, и санузлом. Все показали рассказали. Тихий двор, повезло с соседями. Готовили на общей кухне, все необходимое есть. Понравилась большая зеленая ухоженная территория, есть теневые места, где можно спрятаться от жары. Теннис с ракетками и мячиками, все есть. Рядом рынок, можно купить домашних овощей и фруктов. Недалеко остановка, и автовокзал. До пляжа идти тоже недалеко и куча магазинов. При выселение разрешили оставить вещи на пару часов, за что отдельное спасибо хозяину Леониду.
