Предлагаю коттедж под ключ, в тихом районе.. Алушта, Ул. Октябрьская. Со всеми удобствами. Три отдельные комнаты. К морю 25 минут пешком или две остановки на троллейбусе до Профессорского уголка или на Центральную набережную в обратном направлении. Автобус номер 7 (каждые 35 минут) до остановки 4 минуты. Центральная набережная через три остановки. Стоянка для машины, есть дворик где можно отдохнуть на свежем воздухе. Рядом прекрасный лес и оборудованная полянка где можно пожарить шашлык. Без посредников.

Advantages:

Хорошая, гостеприимная хозяйка! Мы приехали пол четвёртого утром, с 12 ночи была с нами на связи! Хорошие условия, достаточно места, чисто, аккуратно, всё есть чем пользоваться! Есть место где можно пожарить шашлык и по сидеть!

Disadvantages:

Это не недостаток! А просто информация, от моря далеко, только на машине!
