Advantages:

Заселили во время. Хозяин даже встретил на остановке троллейбуса. Здание новое, всё чистенькое. Тихо. По любому вопросу обращались к администратору. Нам понравилось.

Disadvantages:

Были какие-то проблемы с интернетом. Чтобы попасть в номер с набережной необходимо преодалеть порядка 200 ступенек.
